Joseph T. Cheng

Joseph is an Associate in the firm’s San Diego office. His practice primarily focuses on domestic and international trademark prosecution, enforcement, litigation, and portfolio management.

During law school, Joseph externed for the Honorable Chief Judge Dana M. Sabraw and Judge Larry A. Burns in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and for the Honorable Judge Timothy B. Taylor in the Superior Court of California County of San Diego. He served as an executive editor of the San Diego International Law Journal. Joseph was the student representative for PALSD and NAPIPA-SD as a law student. He also served as a Vice-President of APALSA and served on the board of numerous student organizations. He was also a research assistant.

Joseph is proficient in Mandarin.
