Jacob Yang

Jacob is an Associate in the firm’s San Diego office. His practice primarily focuses on domestic and international trademark prosecution, enforcement, litigation, and portfolio management.

Jacob graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property. During law school, Jacob externed for the Honorable Jill L. Burkhardt, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He served as an articles editor of the San Diego Law Review. He was an executive board member of the Appellate Moot Court Board where he competed for two years in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Jacob was the president of APALSA and served on the board of numerous organizations. He was both a research and teaching assistant.

Jacob is proficient in Taiwanese.
